The autumn loaves are back
Hi Sam,
The first cold mornings mean one thing at our counter: rye, spelt and the cinnamon knots are back from Saturday.
We've also opened orders for Thanksgiving pies. They sold out early last year, so here's your head start.

Three steps, then it mostly runs itself.
Point it at your website
Paste your web address. Sunnyletter reads your pages and notes what you sell, who buys it and how you sound. You can correct anything it gets wrong.
Bring your list
Connect Mailchimp with an API key, or upload a spreadsheet. People who unsubscribed or bounced stay that way, so nobody is emailed by mistake.
Approve and send
Every week or month a fresh draft lands in your inbox. Read it, change a line or two, and send. Or let it go out on its own after 48 hours.
You write one line. It writes the newsletter.

Pie season starts now
Hi Sam,
Two bits of news from the counter this week. Thanksgiving pie orders are open, and from this Friday we stay open until 8 pm.
- Three pies this year: apple & brown butter, pumpkin, and pecan
- Open until 8 pm every Friday, for after-work bread runs
Pre-orders always go quickly, so if you'd like one on the table, now's the time.
Order a pieIt only writes what's true about your business. No invented discounts, no made-up reviews, and every link goes to a real page on your site.
How Sunnyletter's writing works, by design
What's in the box.
Everything a small business actually uses, and none of the dashboards it doesn't.
Newsletter autopilot
A new draft every week, fortnight or month, written from what's new on your website. It waits for your approval unless you tell it not to.
Welcome emails
Three emails for new subscribers, written for you and spaced over their first week. Included on every plan, the free one too.
Mailchimp import
Contacts, names, tags and unsubscribes come across through Mailchimp's own API. Prefer a spreadsheet? Upload a CSV.
Signup forms
A page you can share and a form you can paste into your site, with confirmation emails so typos don't end up on your list.
A calm editor
Headings, text, images and buttons. Preview it on a phone, send yourself a test, then send now or schedule it.
Plain reports
Who opened, which links got clicked, who left. Bounced addresses and spam reports are taken off your list for you.
Pay for subscribers, not for everyone who ever signed up.
Unsubscribed, bounced and unconfirmed contacts never count. Every plan includes AI writing, welcome emails, signup forms and Mailchimp import.

Fair questions.
Will the AI make things up about my business?
It writes only from your brand profile and the pages on your website. It can only link to pages that actually exist there, and it is told never to invent prices, discounts, dates or reviews. Nothing goes out until you approve it, unless you switch on automatic sending.
Can I bring my list over from Mailchimp?
Yes. Paste a Mailchimp API key, pick your audience, and your contacts come across with their names and tags. Anyone who unsubscribed or bounced in Mailchimp stays that way here, and importing them again can never resubscribe them.
Who counts toward my plan?
Only subscribed contacts. People who unsubscribed, bounced or never confirmed their signup are kept so you have a record, but they never count toward your bill.
Do I need my own domain or any technical setup?
No. You can start sending right away from our shared sending address. You'll need your postal address and a reply-to email, because the law requires both in marketing email.
Does the AI see my subscribers?
No. To write, it uses your brand profile and your public website. Your contact list stays in Sunnyletter and is never sent to the AI.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from the billing page whenever you like. The Free plan stays free for up to 1,000 subscribers.
P.S. Your first newsletter is already half written.
